All Out, All In

This program is available to the following individuals:

  • Individuals currently serving in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, including:

    • Active Duty

    • National Guard

    • Reserve Components

    This includes full-time service members, those on active orders, and those serving part-time in a drilling or training status.
    Proof of current service may be required.

  • Individuals who have previously served in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard and Reserves.


    A DD-214 or equivalent documentation may be requested.

  • Immediate family members of a service member who died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. This includes:

    • Parents/Stepparents

    • Spouses

    • Children/Stepchildren

    • Siblings/Stepsiblings

    Eligibility may require documentation of the service member’s death in the line of duty or confirmation of Gold Star status.

  • Those who shared a meaningful and committed relationship with a fallen service member. This may include:

    • Fiancés

    • Long-term partners

    • Grandparents

    • Chosen family or others deeply impacted by the loss

    Eligibility is considered on a case-by-case basis, with a focus on the depth of the personal connection and role in the service member’s life.

All Out, All In is an individual grant program created by the Corporal Daegan Page Foundation to help Active Duty service members, Veterans, and Gold Star Family members stay active, join teams, and participate in sports. The program removes financial barriers so participants can focus on movement, connection, and healing.

Inspired by Daegan’s love for hockey and his commitment to giving his all, this program helps cover the cost of registration fees, team dues, and equipment for those in our mission community.

The goal is to:

  • Remove financial barriers to sports and activity.

  • Support mental health and emotional resilience.

  • Foster community, connection, and healing through movement.

Why the Name “All Out, All In”?

The name “All Out, All In” reflects the way Cpl. Daegan Page lived his life — with full effort, unwavering commitment, and heart for his team.

  • "All Out" represents giving everything you’ve got — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

  • "All In" symbolizes total commitment to your team, your purpose, and your journey.

This program invites others to carry that same spirit — through movement, connection, and community.

Why It Matters

For many in the military and Gold Star community, sports are more than a game. They offer structure, support, and purpose. Whether it's returning to a rink after deployment, joining a local team after loss, or helping a child connect after losing a parent, this program exists to help people move forward.

The name reflects Daegan’s legacy. He lived with full effort and full heart. All Out means showing up with everything you have. All In means choosing to belong, to connect, and to heal through action.

We offer financial support to help cover:

  • 2025 Pilot: Up to 100 percent of team or registration fees

  • (2026) Up to 80 percent of team or registration fees

  • (2026) Up to 50 percent of required sports equipment.

This support is available to:

  • Active Duty U.S. military members

  • U.S. Veterans

  • Gold Star Family members and significant loved ones.

Applicants must be enrolled in an organized sport, recreational league, or structured fitness activity. Awards are based on either financial need or a compelling personal reason for participation, such as mental health or emotional recovery.

This program is not just about playing sports. It is about providing a path toward healing, one step and one teammate at a time.

  • Not strictly. We recognize that "need" can look different for everyone. You can demonstrate eligibility by either:

    • Sharing a financial need — for example, limited income, high expenses, or lack of discretionary funds.

    • Explaining a compelling reason — such as using sports for mental health, grief support, community connection, or personal healing.

    We don’t require tax forms or proof of income. We trust you to be honest and share your situation through the application’s short-answer questions.

  • A compelling reason tells us why this opportunity matters to you. For example:

    • You’re using this activity as part of your mental health recovery or grief journey.

    • You’re returning to a team after a long period of loss or isolation.

    • You’re a parent helping your child cope with the loss of a loved one through sport.

    • You're transitioning out of the military and finding connection through athletics.

    If it helps you heal, reconnect, or find purpose again, that’s compelling.

    • Team sports (hockey, football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, etc.)

    • Individual activities (martial arts, CrossFit, running clubs, etc.)

    • Adaptive/Paralympic sports

    • Recreational leagues or fitness programs

    If your activity involves structured physical movement and community, it’s likely eligible.

  • Complete the All Out, All In Application Form online. You’ll need:

    • Contact information

    • Sport and team details

    • Financial summary

    • Short personal statement (about 250 words)

    • Optional: invoice or document showing costs

  • No — but we love when people do. If you’re willing to share your experience (anonymously or publicly), it helps inspire others and honor Daegan’s legacy. You’ll have the option to opt in when applying.

  • 1. Direct Payment to the Organization or Vendor

    Whenever possible, the foundation will pay registration or program fees directly to the league, gym, team, or activity provider. This helps ensure the funds are used exactly as intended and reduces out-of-pocket costs for you.

    You’ll need to provide:

    • The name and contact info of the organization

    • An invoice, registration form, or other proof of cost

    2. Reimbursement to You (the Applicant)

    If you’ve already paid for part of your activity or equipment, we may be able to reimburse up to the approved amount, provided that:

    • The expense is eligible

    • You submit a dated receipt and proof of payment

    3. Prepaid Disbursement Card

    The foundation may issue a prepaid disbursement card to help cover eligible expenses directly. This option provides flexibility while still ensuring that the funds are used for their approved purpose.

    Use of the card must follow the same guidelines as any other award. Receipts may be requested, and any unused balance must be returned if the activity is canceled or the funds are not fully used.
